Matchfire believes that brands are fueled by community, a smart story, and a focus on results. They uncover the hidden value in brands and their work spans the engagement cycle, delivering meaningful moments to the right audience at the right time in the right way.

Problem:

Their social channels needed to continue to humanize their brand, while showcasing the work they do and highlight the social good aspect of the company.

Solution:

The first step was doing video interviews with everyone to get talk tracks to include in videos, but also to get a feel for the vibe of the office and the different perspectives of the company. With that content, I crafting stories around them, starting with a promo video and a recruitment video.

Recruitment Video

The Company Promo and the Recruitment Video are for different audiences, so it was necessary for them to have different vibes. The promo establishes trust with potential clients that Matchfire knows what they’re doing, while the recruitment video enticing someone to want to apply for a job there.

I then captured cinemagraphs and portraits for their team page to display all of the unique personalities within the company.

General candid photography and videos were produced as I spent time in the office to display the culture, the work, and the people.
